The story behind 'Dreary' | My newest art piece!

Our winter here in The Netherlands has been sooo depressing. Dreary. It’s been raining instead of snowing. It’s been windy and cold and dark. During these days it’s hard to get out of bed in the morning. Hard to motivate myself to get shit done. I’m always thankful that I have my art because it is my passion and pretty much the only thing that excites me to start the day. Well… and my family. I love them and I’m always so happy to hug them every morning.

‘Dreary’ is based on a girl with a lot of love and warmth inside. She’s a bit shy on the outside but once you start talking to her she opens up. She’s quite an interesting character. I hope you love her :)
